Single Woodland Burial This charge relates only to the provision of grave space.It does not cover fees for church services, ministers fees, charges levied by undertakers or the cost of preparing the ground. £ 990.00
Grave space preparation The preparation of grave spaces for a woodland burial do vary. The price shown is indicative of the typical range. £ 400-500
Reservation of single grave space
(pay full amount now)
You may pay now for the full cost of a single grave space and the selected grave will be reserved for you at the time of burial. There will be nothing else to pay in relation to the grave space irrespective of future price increases. The fee does not include fees for church services, ministers fees, charges levied by undertakers or the cost of preparing the ground. £ 990.00
Reservation of single grave space
(pay half now and half later)
Pay half of the current full rate. The remaining sum due will be 50% of the cost of the grave space at the time of burial, not at the time of reservation. This excludes fees for church services, ministers fees, charges levied by undertakers or the cost of preparing the ground. £ 495.00
Single grave space for cremated remains These charges relate only to the provision of a grave space. They do not include fees for church services, ministers fees, charges levied by undertakers or the cost of preparing the ground. £ 380.00
Double grave space for cremated remains These charges relate only to the provision of a grave space. They do not include fees for church services, ministers fees, charges levied by undertakers or the cost of preparing the ground. £ 520.00
Reservation of single grave space for cremated remains

You may pay now for the full cost of a single grave space. The selected grave will be reserved for you and the interment of the Ashes. There will be nothing else to pay in relation to the grave space irrespective of future price increases. Notes
  1. These charges apply when interment is made between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend and extraordinary arrangements may incur an additional charge.
  2. BACS payment details supplied with invoice. Cheques also accepted made payable to the St Albans Woodland Burial Trust.
