Dove Glade.

Dove is part of the land we acquired in June 2014.

It was one of 6 new Glades that were created between summer and autumn that year and unlike the original woodland we purchased, comes with a diverse selection of native tree species - bringing with it a wide variety of animal life and glorious autumn colours.

Unlike Lark Glade opposite, it is much smaller which in turn allows for more intimate planting and this in turn has already given it a very unique and fascinating character.

Access is via one of the tree lined avenues which it shares with other woodland glades, namely, Lark, Owl and Bullfinch.

Glade Information

If you plan to visit the woodland, our glade map will help you get around. You can downloaded a copy to your device for later referral and/or print one off at your leisure. Alternatively, if you are familiar with 'what3words' simply follow this link:-

The site was consecrated in June 2014 and opened shortly afterwards that year.
The glade is closed with all plots in use or reserved.

The site nestles within 60 acres of managed woodland and includes a wide range of native tree species including oak, mountain ash and maple. Although relatively young, the trees already look impressive and the autumn colours are spectacular.

The glade is a very small and it already has that special feel to it - as it matures it can only get better and will bring fascination and wonder for future generations. Despite its size, it offers a multitude of different habitats for fauna and wildlife - all of which are actively encouraged through good husbandry of the land.
